POSITION-SPECIFIC PERFORMANCE
ON-ICE PERFORMANCE
Four high-intensity, small-group, position-specific on-ice performance sessions are included during the eight-month program. Goalies work with a dedicated goalie coach during selected sessions.

PERSONAL GAME OBSERVATION
One in-person game observation is included each month, within approximately 150 km of Gheorgheni, selected in advance based on the player’s performance priorities and schedule.
NEXT SHIFT 3-2-1 FEEDBACK
Within 24–48 hours after each personally observed game, the player receives:

All analyses, video clips, goals, performance indicators and reports are stored in the player’s private, continuously updated Performance Dashboard.
